That's not such a bad recipe, but there's no
excuse for the margarine, which isn't low-cal
and not worth the paper it's printed on.

Caesar salad

servings: 4

salt
4 lg garlic cloves, peeled and pressed 
8 fillets of anchovy, split 
fresh ground black pepper to tasste
1 lemon, juice of
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce, more tt
3 ts Grey Poupon mustard, more tt
olive oil
vinegar
2 hd romaine, broken into 2" lengths
1 egg
croutons 
2Tb Parmesan, more tt

Salt bottom of wooden salad bowl. Add 
pressed garlic, anchovies, and pepper and
work to a paste. Add lemon juice.
Worcestershire sauce, and Grey Poupon,
Work into bowl adding coarse black pepper 
to taste. 

Mixing with vigor, shake on sides of 
bowl 1 part olive oil to 1/3 part vinegar.

Place the romaine in salad bowl. 

Cook egg gently in simmering water for 1 to 
I 1/2 min. Drop the egg from the shell onto 
the ingredients in the bowl. Add croutons 
and Parmesan. Toss the salad well. 

Serve it at once.
