Ref: Recent intelligence concerning possible nation-wide 
     blackout.
When: Sources reveal Monday, Aug. 19th, but possible earlier 
     date, either Saturday, Aug. 17th, or Sunday, Aug. 18th.
Points:
Tuesday, Aug. 13th: United States Supreme Court rules that 
the recent signed Exec. Order #13010 (dealing with "attacks" 
by "terrorists" on food, water, POWER, etc.) was 
unconstitutional. Three of the justices took "control" of 
the nation, ordering Clinton to stay away from Washington, 
and out of the way (he was "vacationing" in Wyoming). He had 
reportedly ordered a movement of troops in preparation for 
the nation-wide blackout, with FEMA to take over, and the 
troops to begin a "round-up" of dissenters.
Thursday, Aug. 15th: Clinton somehow "sprang" back into 
power, reviving the order for the operation.
Friday, Aug. 16th: The C5A's transporting the troops to 
various points in the U.S. to conduct the operation were on 
the ground at their primary staging area somewhere in the 
deserts of Utah. Supposedly a number of "patriot" Air Force 
launched an air attack, destroying a number of the C5A's 
(maybe all).
At this point it is not known just who is in charge in 
Washington, the "good guys" or the "Clinton black knights". 
We only know that this information is to be taken seriously.
Also, as of Wednesday, Aug. 14th, the Defense Forces of RT 
were registered with the world community as a legal military 
force.
