  I FREQed this, and have had so many WPS problems that I had to remove it
  from my system.  At one point, WPS hung completely every time that it
  started, and I had to boot to a command line to remove the DLL.

  Unfortuately, I didn't have the time to investigate your code in depth,
  otherwise I could have had a stab at working out what the problem was.

  Obviously, there is a problem in your class, in that it doesn't work on
  all machine configurations.  Is there anything (preferably quick and
  simple) that I can do to help you narrow the problem down ?  If you want
  to build a version of your DLL with diagnostics in it, then let me know,
  and I'll FREQ it and try to run it again.

  ( Writing some output to a debug file is probably better than message
    boxes, since your class causes a complete PM queue hang.  )
