DD> For a bug it seems well documented.

BG> Furthermore, only Paul Edwards thinks it's a bug, whilst the other 5
BG> million Courier owners are obviously too thick to realise it...

PE> That's dead right. Situation normal. Oh, except Dave Hatch.
PE> He isn't too thick either.

BG> Neither is he the fount of all modem knowledge, despite what you may think.

Funny how once you saw him agree with you, you thought that was
undeniable proof that warranted an apology from me. The egg
still frying on your face, Bill?

PE> Mind you, you'd have to be pretty thick to pay twice the cost of other
PE> modems to get a bug-infested pile of shit.

BG> Whatever you say Paul. So buy a Netcomm instead then, I won't mind.
BG> You'll still end up with a bug-infested pile of shit, but one in which the
BG> bugs CAN'T be fixed at all.

I reckon even if Netcomm could fix the problems, they wouldn't
anyway. I have come to the conclusion that I will get ZERO
support no matter what modem I buy, and that I will have to
live with it until the next lightning bolt.

BG> You really should get out in the real world a bit more often, you know...

Where I would discover a whole lot of technical support from
USR, right. Once again, this is one of those cases where you
are best to take your own advice, rather than give it away
gratuitously. BFN. Paul.
