Something wrong with the way you unzip, as there are several exe files.

It doesn't need installing. Simply unzip in your location of choice,
unzip the two support files in libc02.zip as directed, and run
mozilla.exe. From your templates you can create a startup object, or try
running the following as warpfold.cmd from the directory containing
mozilla.exe (used to be included in the zip):
