A couple of seasons back several chars were trasfered to the universe due to
an accident in the wormhole (Something like that)  It is the same mirror 
univese that Kirk and company was switched to in TOS.  The alliance was
Bajor/Kilgon/Cardasian.  They overthrew the Terran ocupation and enslaved
the Terrans (Humans)
