Comments were made here recently that PowerBASIC Inc. has abandoned this
FIDO conference and its own BBS.  I checked out its WWW page last week.

Lo and behold, support! The page links to a directory of pages,
collectively called BBS, for our notes to PB and replies from PB and
even you and me.
    I see there responses from three PB employees: Dan Haines, Dave
Navarro, and Bob Zale.  So for those with an Internet account, PB
support does still exist.  And so does a promise for PB version 3,
delivery date unspecified.
