Here's my second question:
I have a database that I want to print in multiples of 16 records. Even
if there is only 10 records, I want it to print the rest of the form
with blank records. It will look something like this: (highly
simplified)

In the example above I would want it to print the lines of the form with
no information in the fields. Right now for a (Hopefully) temporary
solution, I'm using Z99 for a part number for any lines that I want
blank. I then create records in multiple of 16. This of course ends up
with mostly blank fields except for the Z99 in the parts column.
Is this clear as mud?
