    1/3 c  Cornmeal, white or yellow
      1 c  Whole wheat flour
  1 1/2 c  Bread flour
      2 ts Vital gluten, optional
      2 ts Active dry yeast

      1 c  Water
   1/16 ts Almond extract
  1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
