If you want to compile a 16-bit program, then you need a 16-bit OS/2
compiler. As far as I know, only two exist: Microsoft C 6.0 and Watcom C++
10.x.  Of these, Microsoft C 6.0 and Watcom C++ 10.5/10.6 come with the
necessary header files.
