A true story:  This fellow in FNQ had his imported Sportster absolutely
charred by lightning, so he rang USR to ask if anything could be done. 
They gave him an RMA number, and asked him to ship it back to them for
evaluation.  About two weeks later, a parcel arrived, containing a brand
new Sportster, at no charge, and as a direct warranty replacement.

Yeah, sure looks like shitty support to me.
