Will, your system should be THROWING AWAY these duplicate messages as they 
are received on your system. To my knowledge, -NO- Fidonet system should be 
posting messages with an origin line of 3615/51; rather, they should be 
posted with your listed node number.
Might I suggest contacting another Planet Connect downlink system that uses 
PCBoard instructions on how to do this. Probably PCSITES would be the best 
place to start.
