MARS (Military Affiliated Radio Service) uses the frequencies a
little above and below the 2 meter Amateur Radio Service.

I believe that Air Force MARS is at 142.150, 143.450, and Army MARS
is at 143.990, and Navy MARS is at 148.375.

MARS is similar to Amateur Radio Service, in that they send and
receive messages for military personnel and their families.

I hope that this helps you.
