Well, yes, but MPTSTART.CMD calls \MPTN\BIN\SETUP.CMD, while TCPSTART.CMD
calls \TCPIP\BIN\SETUP.CMD and does quite a lot more than just this.

It is, as I originally explained, TCPSTART.CMD that is run by default from
the WPS Startup folder, and which by default does not run if PM is not
running.

This whole discussion is really by now inappropriate for OS2PROG.
