Hi Phil--

    The following was copied from the pop-up description page for
Toolkit 1.3 in the DevCon 10 on-line catalog:

 "NOTE:  The 1.3 toolkit can be installed only on an OS/2 Version 1.3 
  system.  To install this product from diskettes, insert Disk 1 into
  your diskette drive (for example, Drive A) and type INSTAID."

    Just what is it that you want from Toolkit 1.3 that is not easily
obtainable elsewhere?
