Yes, finally I did get it via netmail...thank you very much.

I was beginning to wonder, since Bob seemed very reluctant to discuss the
proposal until the "appropriate" number of RCs were in the
echo(g).

Now I see that at least one of the people your group said
"agreed" with the proposal is stating that's not the case.  Even
more telling is that apparently there was no vote taken of the
participants.
