What rom version is the modem currently using?  ATi3 will show that.
Flashing the modem to a newer rom won't change the fact the modem
is not recognizing rings.  To correct that the modem needs to be
sent in for repair.  Please call our Customer Service at (800)
727-8772 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
