Hello All Not really programming but I had a bit of a problem yesterday evening. I tried to do an "or" using || and GCC gave me a "parse error". Tonight I noticed that the editor wasn't highlighting the || properly. So I tried the 3rd character on the key just below the Esc key and that worked (UK keyboard). So I quit the editor, switched to codepage 437 and tried the | key at the bottom left again. Now it worked. I had recently switched my codepage 850 as recommended by IBM. I didn't realize that codepage 850 changed the actual keys on the keyboard and it isn't mentioned in the little codepage book that came with Warp. I thought it just changed some of the line drawing character codes. Are there any other effects that I should know about?
