I think it changed from Devcon 9 -> Devcon 10. The 1.3 Toolkit is now
just disk images, and can only be installed from a OS/2 1.3 System,
according to the protocat.inf.
I do not have a bootable OS/2 1.3 diskette after creating the images.
I'll have to check on Devcon 9 to see if 1.3 can be installed from
there.
I may not need the 1.3 Toolkit afterall, I'm only missing the prototypes
for the DosMon* API's at the moment, and I'm thinking I can just copy
those from prcp.inf... :-)
I'm having to port kpop.c (posted here by Peter F.) to 32bits, because I
don't have a compiler that will produce 16bit code.
