I wouldn't parse the language so precisely as to read "unedited" to
mean "we didn't edit out the commercials from our over-the-air
tapes."  (And I wouldn't take a bootlegger's word for *anything*. )
I assume they mean the episodes themselves are not edited for content
or time and appear just as they would have on American TV.  But the
source could still be anything.  Bootlegs based on the VCDs are as
good a guess as any, but they could also be converted and dubbed from
the PAL tapes that were released in the UK.
