Ridiculous... OPT OUT of support for that low quorum trash? I would think
one would have to OPT IN to be on a list of such a nature.  Your method of
compiling that misleading support list is as flawed as the idea of the low
quorum suggested.

Does it say they support only "parts" of the document, but not
necessarily "all" of it?  It says that the people on the list
support it, which implies they support "all" of it, so, it IS
misleading to somebody who will look at it for the first time, and seems to
be a "trick" to fool people into thinking it is a widely
supported proposal in full by all who participated.  In other words, a
misleading and self serving statement.
