most systems won't have problems... mine does because of the hourly processing
and the moving of the files from inbound fileboxes to the central processing
area... that's a simple move command but there's no checking if the file exists
in the destination before hand... it should be a simple fix but i haven't
figured out the best way to handle it if a file already exists... if we leave
it in the filebox and another one comes in, its extension get incremented and
its TIC won't find it so there's still a possibility of mis-matching files and
TICs :(
