I haven't measured anything, but I've got a good ear.
I think you're right with "I'm a loser". The lowest note on that is a
G2 in scientific pitch notation (17 half-notes below middle C).
I believe that Paul's "scream" just before the lead break on
"I Saw Her
Standing There", which starts at G5 (19 half-notes above middle C) is
higher than anything on "I Want To Hold Your Hand".
