The SysOp order form I got was from their FTP site (so I assume it's on
their bboard, too) and is dated December 20, 1995.  There are only two
modems on the form, the SmartModem M34F and the "Electronic Secretary
V8" or something (blurgh).  The M34F is noted as costing $425.00...

Microsoft Word for Windows Version 6 format, if you want it.
