-=> Quoting Terry May to Stephen Frazier <=-
TM> On 23 Dec 96, Mark Wohlers K'd Stephen Frazier for saying:
EG>> Look, he made some moves that didn't help but the Yankees WON the
EG>> World Series.
SF> No doubt about that! On that we agree 2000 percent. I am as proud of it
SF> as if they were my very own favorite team (which they just might be).
TM> Jumping off the Braves' bandwagon, are you?
It's not a bandwagon with me, guy. I have been a Braves fan (since 1989)
because I live here and they are the team that I see the most. I have been
wanting to find me a team that I could stand with (like the Cubs, Red Sox,
and
old Mets fans used to) since Claudelle Washington left. If there was another
team that I could hear/see regularly, I would have dumped the Braves the day
Bobby Cox came back from Toronto.
For the past twenty or so years I have been a fan at one time or another of
the Athletics, Yankees, Mets, Braves, and wherever Reggie Jackson played. My
loyalty to the Braves is a mile wide...and an inch deep.
