Hello Peter!
Tuesday May 14 1996, Peter Fitzsimmons writes to Gerard Gerritsen:
PF> By "break down", do you mean "doesn't work",
or "works sometimes"?
It does not work. I ( well the program ) cannot open the pipe at the other machine.
PF> A common error is to try to add a computer name in the server process.
I had an example ( Art of Os/2 warp programming ) I used as reference.
The server uses \PIPE\PLAYPM2
The client uses \PIPE\PLAYPM2 or \\name\PIPE\PLAYPM2 depending on the commandline.
