Hello Mike. 26 Oct 04 16:00, you wrote to me: RT>> Just tried "start 1" in the lord directory, and it hangs Opening RT>> "door.sys" MR> Lets see, you went to dos (or whatever) and typed start 1, I am not MR> sure it would do it. was there a door.sys in your node 1's directory? MR> and if there was, if this is telnet, was the fossil initialized. If I MR> am taking you literally, you should set it up in the bbs, and then MR> pass node 1 on to the start.bat . This way the fossil is initialized MR> and the door.sys is the correct one in the right place. The BBS, started the door, created the door.sys and door32.sys files in c:\doors\node1\door.sys, but due to the door not exiting normally, the door.sys was not deleted ... Was not telnet, was from the local console, not that it make much difference, telnet behaves the same ....
