subject: DOS box on modern Net

Hi Richard,

About "dos box on modern net" of 12-09-07 14:25:

RW> Been told no way to put this dos 6.22 box on such a network, but I'm
RW> sure there has to be.

I guess some people like to exagerate. At the moment i'm under pure DOS
v7.10a (Windows 98), my packet-driver is loaded and the WatTCP variables
are set to support 'RLFossil' (to be used in conjunction with a terminal
emulator like '{Commo}' or 'MS-Kermit'), 'MS-Kermit' (using the internal
TCP/IP resources), 'Lynx', 'WatTCP FTP', 'Arachne', and maybe a few more
i may have forgot about. Oh, now that i think of it there's 'TNPort' by
Richard J. Backus, hi Nancy! Well, as i wrote, it's a bit exagerated...

                                      Salutations, P-)
