Well, if you had a gun, that might also be "about to ruin his day". Yet I
haven't heard of so many snatch attempts against citizens at home or on
the street.

That's a given - we certainly know it. But the politicians seem to ignore
us anyway.

Even if you are leglly carrying, being selective may be wise (at least).
And in my case, also convenient.
