I've heard this again and again but it just ain't true.
If you have an all around program that includes
stretching and flexibility exercises you won't get

Most people who are strong and do something with their
strength, as opposed to just showing off, are never
just muscle. There is almost always fat on them.

think the body builder could lift twice as much weight.
But put them in a gym and you'd see that you can't
judge a book by its cover.

eyes on a scale does that give you a hint? All I worry
about is my BP, blood sugar and stuff that can kill you
as opposed to just get you laughed at when you go to
the beach.
