Hi Phil,

As I remember, the 1.3 Tookit should install directly from the CD. The
only thing that needs to be done from floppy is installing the Service
Pack.

This produced a bootable floppy and you had to boot your machine using
that to install the Service Pack. It boots OS/2 1.3, as you might
expect. I remember having to find the old BIDS driver for my SCSI card
in order to get the thing to work.
