Hello, David, a nice day to you.

DD>> Even the "cmd" shell in Win NT4.0??????

         Would 'cmd.exe' be substantially easier/different?

DD> Driving it would be substantially similar to driving Linux.

As you can see, David, for me it is an on-going learning
process. A few days ago, I was reading a post to another user
here, where Charles S. had typed this command: cmd.exe. I was
until then trying to use the "command" and was not getting very
far with it. Now this "cmd.exe" seems to be the one to use and
I only had a try at it and it was something that I recognized. I
so far, have no use for it but wait until I get home and I will
build a new putor for a friend, then I am sure it will be handy.

This FIDO is supposed to be a medium to pass on one's knowledge
to another. Way to go ! Thanks.
