Tonight at about 11 PM, Western Pacific Airlines will close shop when their
last B737-300 lands back in Denver. The NYC investment house that poured
better than $23 million in the last 2 months said "no more." Expenses were
running almost $250,000 per day more than income. American Trans Air will
start DEN-ORD service in a few days and expand frequencies around May 1st.
Frontier Airlines will acquire some of the WesPac B737s
