Cut off again, were you.

The UV dose may be enough to kill your skin
cells, but I wonder about the pathogens. Of
course, the numbers put out for survival of
pathogens are best (or worst!) case ones.

I've not looked lately. I'll have to go to
Costco and see if I can get a resupply of
alcohol preps.

Not sure. There's infantile and obvviously
infantile. I have a high opinion of Sacerdote
and submit to you that he would not appreciate
the latter.

So slap on some.

We're all stumbling around in the dark, and it's

Onion Bahji (Indian Onion Fritters) Recipe
categories: Indianish, Canadian, starter, snack
servings: 6 to 8

1/2 c Greek yogurt
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
Lemon juice to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 lg onions, thinly sliced into 1/4 inch rings
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c milk
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/4 ts ground coriander
1/4 ts ground cumin
2 qt vegetable, canola, or peanut oil
sliced scallions (optional)

Combine yogurt and cilantro. Season to taste with
salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set this dipping
sauce aside.

Combine onions, eggs, milk, flour, coriander, and
cumin, and mix with your hands, crushing the
onions with your fingers, until a smooth batter
with a few lumps is formed.

Pour 1 1/2" vegetable oil in a large pot and
place over medium high heat. When oil is 350F
drop batter into oil by the 1/4 c into the oil.
Cook for 4 min per side, or until that side is
brown; then flip and continue to cook. Remove
bahji from oil and place on paper towels. Serve
hot with dipping sauce, sliced scallions and any
chutneys you happen to have in the fridge.
