The IRQ for COM2 is 3. It's always been that way, so I don't think
that explains the problem of some progs working, and other not. Just
the same, check your hardware profile to be sure.

Well, it works for me, or it did work once. What 'make' of computer
do you have? What motherboard type and make? Is it designed for PIP?
