No, I don't think it's that either...

When I try to make a poll from ::1 to ::1, the _client_ seems to say it
supports CRYPT but the _server_ does not.

The .exe compiled by cygwin is exactly the same.

The same thing happens with binkd64-static-zlib-bzlib2.exe by Max. Also when I
try to poll your system. ;)
