      Title: St. Patrick's Day Bagels

      Yield: 1 servings
MMMMM--------------------------1  POUND-------------------------------
    3/4 c  Water
      6 dr Green food coloring
      1 tb Vegetable oil
      1 tb Molasses, honey or white
           Sugar
    3/4 ts Salt
  2 3/4 c  Bread flour
  1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
    1/2 c  Dried green cherries,
           Quartered, at beep*
MMMMM------------------------1 1/2 POUND-----------------------------
      1    18 c water
      6 dr To 8 drops green food
           Coloring
      1 tb Vegetable oil
      2 tb Molasses, honey or white
           Sugar
      1 ts Salt
  3 1/3 c  Bread flour
      2 ts Active dry yeast
    3/4 c  Dried green cherries,
           Quartered, at beep*
  *Or five minutes before the end of the kneading phase, or work into
  dough.
  Color dough green, add bits of dried green cherries and perhaps the
  Irish will trade shamrocks for bagels. If the dough is not green
  enough at the raisin/nut beep, add a few drops more of coloring.
