No problems at all with baits ripping through the bag.  Your tackle is
actually stored in smaller hard plastic boxes which fit in the bag (mine
will hold 6 of these storage boxes).  I've got my tackle seperated and
depending on what I'm going for determines which  boxes I take with in
the bag.  The only thing I don't like is that I don't have anything to
sit on when fishing from shore  but it is nice not to have to lug that 
big tackle box around and to just throw it on my shoulder and go.
