The 16-bit OS/2 API calls are nearly all linked with the "pascal"
calling convention, which (1) omits the underscore, (2) forces the symbol
to upper case, (3) pushes arguments on the stack left to right, and (4)
makes the called function responsible for maintaining stack balance.  The
import library assumes that you declare the function appropriately.
