PC>You may also want to get a good book, I recommend "OS/2 Presentation PC>Manager Programming" by Petzold. This is a good book for beginners. PC>Real World Programming is also another good book, but can be a bit heavy PC>for the beginner. I agree w/ the two recommendations above and the assessments, as I am slowly, on and off, working through Petzold. However, I find that I have to go to the OS/2 Presentation Manager Programming Guide series from QUE. It is apparently part of the IBM OS/2 Technical Library. A three part series covering Control Program programming, PM programming, and PM Graphics programming, volumes 1 through 3. Petzold will, for example, define generally presentation spaces and device contexts, but the PM Graphics programming book goes into detail about them, and explains some(?) of the implications of using one rather than another. ___ X OLX 1.53 X Program to load Win95 ...
