Hello Rinat,  I found a freeware ASM compiler for OS/2 from the IBM
BBS. That is, an IBM ASM compiler for OS/2.

Regretably, I don't use OS/2, so I did not keep the name. It is
probably available from FIDONET'S FERNWOOD or HOBBES libraries (more
the latter).
