No, but it will not be updated if you write into OS2.INI, either.  Even
better than having your INI file location stored in the OS2.INI file is to
have the program determine its own location, which is easy to do, and look
for the INI file or a pointer to another INI file there.  The reason for
having a pointer option defined is to handle cases where people install
your software on a shared network drive but need separate INI files.
