You have to make a high quality WAV file first and convert it with a
program called L3ENC.  It's a big pain in the tail...I've been trying to
find a program that can encode directly to MP3...I've not had any luck,
and being that I'm not running Win95, I'm sure that if and when I do...it'll
only run under 95.
