I saw that message, checked BACKBONE.NA, and sent in a request to my feed.
The OS2REXX echo suddenly appeared.  My echomail feed is direct from the
Southern Star. Anyone is welcome to a feed of any echoes from me, if they
are willing to poll for them; you can get the MCI-to-MCI discount if you
also have MCI.
