R50 maintains a master list that is quite inclusive:

There is no Zone Coordinated list here.  It is coordinated by Ben Ritchey, a
volunteer just like the fellow who publishes the Zone 2 list in xofchubslst
file echo.

Ben was given a ZIN listing because his list is independant of all
zones/regions as a matter of fact.
