To generate an import library for a DLL, use a tool such as Borland's
IMPLIB. You do not need either the source or the object files for a DLL
in order to create an import library. All that you need is either the
DLL itself, or the module definition file that you used to link the DLL.

( If you use the DEF file, any functions that were not explicitly
exported from the DEF file, but that were instead exported using the
export keyword in your source code, will not be present in the import
    library. )
