MM>It is a lot easier to get a job if you are employed anywhere.
There's a reason for that Mike. Its because employers don't want
deadbeats on the payroll. Actively participating in your own survival
indicates a willingness to earn your way.
Unfortunately, people DO get laid off and fired for reasons not their
own. Someone said, "Life is a bitch, then you die". While pretty
depressing and not true in my opinion, it is true that life is not
always fair. It is in these times that one must dig a little deeper
into his own resources and find a way to get back up again. Many times
that is made a bit easier with contributions from society. This isn't a
guarantee and the only truly reliable resource is your self. The pity
of it all is that many will not accept a position below their
"standard" in order to pick up and start over. This truly exemplifies
the "classist" stuff that RB talks incorrectly about.
> Those living
>on the dole should take as much time to accept the job as they wish.
>Certainly commesurate with cash flow needs,
???
> Lalaland is a prgfect example of failure
>of this gimme I want and you owe me syndrome
The RB mentality??
