You may want to just go along with standard Linux design and keep the config (rc) file in 'root'. Typically you can have other 'users' with other 'root' directories and each can then have their own configuration even though each uses the same binaries. There _are_ reasons why certain files are in certain directories it's just not immediately obvious. :-) WC> While Verizon thwarts my SMTP I've gotten telnet to go and WC> ATP doesn't look like much at all to install. No ATP is not difficult to install. You will need infozip's Linux version of 'zip' and 'unzip' too. WC> I'd kind of like to have that ATP Linux notation at the WC> bottom of my posts :-) Yup, seeing that got a few of the 'crazies' off my back here in the Linux echo. Of course, then they started with "it's not a _real_ install 'cause it doesn't suck up all of your resources". LOL WC> And in a micro-install as well. Further down the road WC> Redhat 7.3 running Dillo graphical browser. I'd do a latter WC> distro but this is going on an antique machine. I haven't decided what 'full' Linux I would chose yet but SlackWare up to v8.1 is not going to require the newest of machines. At some point I need to be able to recompile my own binaries and then the whole process becomes more serious but also will allow me to run more Linux stuff here. :-) CA>> If you have MultiMail's Linux binaries there is an 'rc' CA>> file but I don't have a Linux install of MM to check for CA>> the exact name.
