The manual that came with that 'one-size-fits-all' refill kit that my
dealer had for a short while, said to stand the cartridge(s) nozzle end
down in a pan of 50% rubbing alcohol and 50% distilled water.
Since my dealer didn't have distilled water on hand, and his 'rubbing
alcohol' was 70%, I convinced him it was good enough to use just the
rubbing alcohol.
He never did get the printer to work though... :-((
