subject: CUA 91: menu

Hello all!

Is there an online document available describing CUA 91?

Background: I was wondering why most programs position there
"Help" menu item adjected to all other menu items, when the
resource samples in "Red Book Volume 4: OS/2 2.0 Application
Development" and "PM Reference - Vol 5" use
MIS_BUTTONSEPARATOR style (like in IBM Works: Help menu item is flushed
right). Both documents from DevCon 9.

Perhaps this isn't worth the bandwidth, but I would like a definite answer
(inkl. reference!) which possibility (or both?) is CUA 91. Please no
"I like it this way", etc.

Bye,
	Vitus

PS: I hope my english is good enough to describe exactly what I'm thinking about...
